the hotel of choice in denison. small venue with helpful staff. climate control, multi-channel tv and a microwave in the room, great location. a bathtub in the bathroom. free parking onsite provided. location right by the local airport on a quiet road. also, next to railroad tracks.

Friendly staff during breakfast time.

I found the stay quite disappointing. The room had a persistent smell that I couldn't quite place, reminiscent of mold or old carpet. The lack of coffee and tea available around the clock, especially since the area outside the hotel was very quiet after dark.

Clean accommodations provided a cozy experience . The upgrade to a large suite with multiple beds made things more comfortable.

I woudl ve been pleased with my stay, if not for the overbearing pet fees and my unsmokeable room smelling of smoke! Also had to climb stairs with my heavy bags, such a hassle. I almost thought about giving a good review, but i just couldn't, it was too much!

Stayed at inn and suites for 2 nights. The location was great, especially being next to railroad tracks. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved that there was a 24-hour gym available for workouts.
